Since they are responsible for maintaining the relationship with you after the transaction closes, this approach adds an extra layer of confidence and security to your investment.If you can't find an investor agent that you like or trust that is also a Property Manager or works under a brokerage that has a Property Management Division, I would ask the agent if they recommend a Property Management Company.

I checked the Better Business Bureau for complaints, I checked the NJ State Attorney General consumer division to ensure he was licensed, I checked every reference he gave by visiting sites and speaking with the homeowners.

Well one thing that is interesting in regards to Earnest Money is that you take a place like Ohio, I'd imagine it's the same in Oregon but in Ohio the Division of Real Estate regulates the activities of real estate brokerages and their trust accounts but the Division of Insurance is who regulates title companies.

Love to know. couple things  NV is one state were NMLS registration and state license are required to be a lender on any rehabs on 1 to 4 units.. that's number one.. you check with the statealso I would file a complaint with the state of NV  mortgage enforcement division right away if this guy is not legit he will be shut done and fined.
