Disease?

If you sue, and have to "prove" that the neighbor was negligent, then that would likely need to consist of multiple “written” communications from you, the city, or an arborist to your neighbor stating that you/they feel the tree in question is diseased, appears to be dead/dying, is overgrown and posing a potential threat to your property, etc.

Addiction is the disease of chronic relapses and heroin is a monster, so issues do occur.

State law is not on your side, you often deal with desperate people dealing with the four "Ds" (Death, Disease, Divorce, and Disaster), and the home runs that get the glory on social media are rare birds indeed. 

Would you ever have imagined a national lockdown stretching months for a flu that had a mortality rate a fraction of heart disease annual mortality rate?

Does anybody really want to talk about the potential of spreading disease under a Boarding House situation? 

These mental "diseases" of fear/overspending/procrastination affect their financial health for their whole adult lives.

I battle Crohn’s Disease.  4 hospitalizations in the last year, and unfortunately I missed two payments.  

It stinks and this stuff is spreading like a disease.  

I tell people that real estate investing with me is more like a disease than an occupation.
