Looking for real estate connections in Danbury, CT.

An area like Bridgeport or Norwalk, Danbury or even New Haven can be much more attractive because of entry point. 

I am from Danbury CT and I am currently a student at West Virginia University.

Bridgeport, Danbury, Torrington, Bristol, New Haven are in that general area and I'd recommend them above Waterbury.

I can't tell you much about Waterbury itself but I'm sure there is opportunity for rental properties.Have you also looked in Danbury?
