To a mortgage lender the worse possible sin is a foreclosure, not a bankruptcy.As I think where you are, years after, walking away from the mortgage won't even be considered as a bankruptcy issue, you'll simply be walking away from your mortgage, hitting your credit again and starting the bad credit clock all over again.

All that I've ever read was "Tenant applicants are not legally required to give their SIN". I
