We all crave finding a deal, In today's market, that results with a lower interest rate than traditional lending.

Personally and professionally, I'm craving connection more than ever (it has been a long, weird 10 months and I miss our local meet ups).

I’ve also significantly reduced the number of expensive drinks out and generally have switched to just an iced tea at McDonalds for $1.51 if I’m craving a drink on the road.

The Skeptics Take:Business craves clarity, and there is a hope across industries that allowing the courts back in to check the Executive Branch will help ease the perceived burden of overregulation.

Now some can build in teams and still maintain a decent quality per transaction but much harder to do.There is a human element to real estate that consumers crave when making one of the biggest investment decisions of their lives.Maybe one day in 20 to 30 years AI will become so mainstream and the younger generation will embrace it as a normal way of doing things.My research has shown talking with thousands of millionaires over the phone the last 2 decades wanting to invest in commercial real estate that technology adoptability on average varies by age.Lots of 70 and 80 year olds have snail mail only.

I craved comradery, meetings with peers, and complimentary strengths.

More freedom to live.More people seem to crave community living w/ like minded people.

My business has been hindered over the few years since I do not have the guidance I crave for investor growth, legalities, etc,  and a recent event/comment has shown me I am no longer looked upon in a favorable light.
