A lot of AG's and legislatures that are left leaning and almost communist leaning would get involved.

CA, NY, NJ, PA, IL, AZ, WA, OR, NV are turning into communist states; not the old true blue states.

I don't see how a country can be "kinda Communist".... 

China is a plutocratic communism, North Korea a Monarch Communist system, Even the UK which many like to think is so similar to US is actually radically different. 

Unless you got some communist judge hellbent on the destruction of every landlord you'd win easily.The tenant likely knows this and is just bluffing.

You know the history of "generational wealth" is having the same interlinked with the history of "land privatization" and "war against communism" haha lol ... as generational wealth is impossible in commie-land.A family could offer "generational wealth" only if the land is private.This is why also the original communists really disliked the landowner/landlord like us lol....

I have no choice.As Dan said and in particularly in Culver City, that from now on I will call CUBA City (Communist city council) the renters have too many rights.
