Please stop telling new STR hosts to only list on one platform.

I would highly recommend talking to Jeff Weller at Coast 2 Coast and Fernando Corona both are also PadSplit hosts but we're some of the first expert lenders .

As a co-host for short term rentals, you may not need a license as long as you're not crossing over into activities that could be considered brokerage activities like handling any contracts, collecting rents, doing any accounting, approving tenants, etc.

OTA business doesn't exist without the hosts and screwing hosts will be the last thing they would do.

Short term rentals are legal when the host is living in the same apartment as the guests and there are no more than 2 guests staying with the host."
