I answered a question yesterday by saying "DSCR loans are like belly buttons...everybody's got one."

He knows his stuff and is really good at making IG videos: his brand is a very clever mix of being super humble, telling everyone profits are less than you think and then flashing some fat $$ he made by selling to his investors.

Once you think there is no law pertaining to the activity then the work begins this is a belly to belly business your not going to do this on E mail and text messaging .. you will need to be able to sit down with these folks or it will never happen.

Know your #'s, cut the fat, focus on quality. 

So if one is going to stack up senior loans and wrap them with owners who cant get mortgages IE sub prime the person doing this better have a boat load of reserves to pay off the underlying when the deals go belly up.. that's the side of the coin that the guru is not going to talk about. 

There is absolutely no need to have this extraneous and superfluous layer in the form of "Good Egg" and other companies that simply collate funds, take a fat commission and then route the money to the actual GP/Syndicator.

So seems to me pretty cheap way to get to meet people that are doing the deals and learn at the same time.Bp is nice and fine.. but its just the internet.. you can only learn so much here. at the end of the day real estate is belly to belly you got to go work and meet with who your going to entrust your investment funds with.. or if your going to try a new line of work..

No. 99.967% of the time it will be a big fat "no".So to everyone debating the effectiveness of a software, you need to realize what the scope of the software is.Software will return DATA, based on your filtering.

They they get a big fat default judgement against you. 

Even the safest, least risky investments can and do go belly up from time to time.
