Nothing new on the conversion process since an update 3 weeks ago, which didn’t say much.

They even have a value add less than performing a garage conversion.

@Michael Daniel - I'm experimenting with a few "AI" generated sources/lists now and my initial perspective is that they're another source of deal flow, but not much better conversion than other areas including wholesalers, MLS, etc...

Regarding a 1031 exchange, it is important to have a conversation with your accountant prior to getting it done.
