If you look at Australia and the UK, these integrated services models have been taking off and in general, those two counties remain ahead of the US in professional services evolution! 

We seem to forget the 4500 homes that burnt down in the Oakland / Bezerkly hills this had to do with a ton of Eucalyptus trees which are like roman candles and those are what cause massive fires in Australia there native environment.

Problem is mate nobody is willing to make that sacrifice.That's why we have a job lolI moved from Australia to the US in 2012 to follow my real estate dreams.Folks have been born and bread here and still many don't want to do the work and would rather complain and blame me for any issues that occur from a turnkey investment standpoint ehhh 🤷‍♂️

The U.S. market is certainly a different market from Australia but can be very lucrative even for us as foreign investors.
