They might as well include altitude, average precipitation, or wind direction, which are just about as relevant.

Of course NYC is now back (not as bad as) to the leftist agenda of encouraging class warfare. 

However, I would caution those who are sensitive to high altitude, or who use supplemental oxygen to see how they do in Prescott and Flagstaff before they make a permanent move - those areas are as high or higher in elevation than Denver, CO.  

To preface, I had a strong interest in REI for years, man many years, and like all too many that's where it stayed, a interest, research, left wanting but never acting upon it because I was doing so darn good and so busy in my field of construction, and I had risen the rungs of the ladder to a rather nice altitude in the industry. 

Politicians seem to love fanning the flames of class warfare and blaming landlords and property owners for the ills of ****** zoning regulations.I read an article recently that some municipalities that banned STRs are reconsidering. 

But from the reports I've read, a ski resort is more insulated (not free though) from declining snow pack at higher altitudes (so you can keep that in mind).

But even there, the county commissioners are hearing from first-responders that short-term rentals are responsible for a higher percentage of emergency calls -- out-of-staters struggling with altitude, dumb people popping too many edibles and freaking out, etc.

I can't say that me myself, have reached "cruising altitude" and am on the beaches of Bali. but I can say that things have become easier over the years and when you have done over 100 transactions, the next one becomes satisfying but less and less of a big deal.

If you can't afford it, don't buy it but the "Cashflow" strategy is like WWI trench warfare strategy in 2024.
