Selling the current assets to roll over to other assets to alter the operations and performance. 

Ideally your alter ego can do it, but for some people it is better to ask someone who does not care one way or another.

And if you make it a quid pro quo, don't you run the risk of violating the OTA's policy of paying to alter reviews? 

That to exercise E.D. in this manner causes HARM to the people, the makeup of area, fundamentally alters the area etc..

The members did not observe corporate formality; The Defendant did not pay dividends; The Defendant was insolvent at the time of its actions; The Defendant’s members siphoned funds from the Defendant for their own personal use; The Defendant’s members comingled funds; There are no corporate records; The corporation(s) were a facade and alter ego of the member(s) of the Defendant.

The banks aren't about to sign their names or give you copies that would evidence any alterations or other nonsense.

You may be able to explain the situation and avoid making alterations to your LLC. 

Your contract should include a process for handling change orders—any alterations to the original project agreement.
