It's definitely predatory to be selling a "training" membership,  much like it is for RTR and their nonsense academy which promotes buying properties that don't meet appraisals through their anecdotal "success" stories.

You may close ZERO deals in the next 90 days, no matter how hard you try, and those 90 days will be a sort of academy or school where you will learn from your mistakes.
