Budget in this order:--- Health & Safety: to avoid personal injury lawsuits--- Governmnet required: city inspections & Section 8--- Property Preservation: foundations, roofs, windows, etc - except if you can band-aid them for 2-3 years.--- Marketing Impact: got to be able to attract a tenant!

My goal is 100 doors so I have been looking at 4plex's and 8Plex's in the Macon GA area where my investments I feel would go much farther and aid in my goal of reaching my 100 door goal.
