Spend a lot of time on google and youtube to determine what type of offering/company you want to setup and how you want it structured.

Be very, very careful investing in syndications...I made the mistake listening to what sounded like successful sponsors on youtube and podcasts and my first syndication turned into a foreclosure, little transparency and money is now GONE.

For example, after dealing with the hot tub myself for a bit I created a couple training videos for the cleaner, such as how to empty the hot tub with a sump pump, refill, etc. 

I would say any information you can get from his course you can find on BP and YouTube for free. 

I have been BRRRR-ing properties in Milwaukee for over a decade and my team has always said I should make a video about how we do BRRRR's, but the topic does not really fit my YouTube channel (which is more for a residential audience).
