Seems like there are alot of alternatives but property data from these sites appears to be a money grap. 

I don't see rates dropping, especially if they can't control inflation, which was supposed to be under control, but appears not.

My concern for you is that it appears that if the owner comes back, they only have to pay the bid amount + costs, not what you paid for the broker.

Based on what I'm seeing in some FB groups (don't intend on buying here), there appears to be a lot of scammers.

Another member has one project underway, another property under contract, and yet another member has done 4-5 land hacks and is now under contract for a 50+ site campground.

Anyone have a good web developer that has room for clients!?  

Signed some agreements where it looks like I should not talk about the case on public forums til it is done.He found some things and made adjustments for what appears to be an outcome in my favor. 

Curious how they will differ that site and what changes they will have from the old LFI site.
