However, I had a difficult time finding a multi-unit for 400k where the public transport commute to downtown Chicago is <30 minutes (which is nonnegotiable for me since I work downtown) which is why I eventually settled on the live-in flip strategy.

I do need/desire to move to a new city with better flight transportation due to traveling 90%+ for a consulting job.Am I able to secure another primary residence/FHA loan on a new property (thinking Charlotte/Chicago/Dallas) without breaking the loan terms?
