That seems really worst case and if this is your first deal, that might be a large undertaking in terms of a renovation if you do in fact need that much time.

I also learned a lot from the articles and videos over at Seth Williams RETipster blog, that is a great resource.I have a full time job, so driving around and looking at houses trying to wholesale them, or undertaking a massive flip project just wasn't a viable real estate strategy for me.

Hey @Jacob Whitbeck - If we decide the Old Ranier Brewery offices are a good spot I'll just run it by the building manager to make sure we're not breaking any rules (Covid has turned everything on its head, so there may be precautions and group size limits they ask us to undertake).
