The next destination is on everyone's mind over here...and while I have deep roots and the potential to continue expanding into relatively nearby markets, I can't help but think Portland has a great working template for the next destination.

Multifamily property values are deeply rooted in rent value, which makes sense considering the consumer is an investor buying an asset with an expectation of returns.

Now fast forward many years and I have traded my cushy desk job to get back to my roots in construction and I do that through investing.
