There is a lot of variation in the neighborhood in East Chicago.

The truth is, you could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things need to be learned through trial-and-error.

Some have free trials too, so I'd recommend trying them out before you commit.

What I mean by this is listening to podcasts, reading books, making friends & genuine meaningful relationships with other people in the real estate space and hearing their story, seeing how you can help them, and just constantly absorbing information and being in the sphere, taking hands on action and learning “trial by fire” etc.

So it depends on what you want to get out of the software.I would definitely recommend looking around and taking advantage of free trials too.Hope that helps!

Property is protected by different types of Lease Restrictions according to zoning requirements - each subdivision is subject to both zoning requirements and developer deed restrictions - both of these can affect how long you can rent / lease a property for .There are some areas that have no restrictions at all and others that only permit owner occupancy and every variation in between really - you would check each property for their specific lease restrictions or get your Realtor to filter for it.
