But if your doing it on your own - create 5 ads - post one on Monday - post one on Tuesday and delete the one you posted on Monday and so on.....repeat the followign week.75 ads though will require about 7 IP addresses - 7 CL accounts and lot of creativity and a lot of patience and a ton of trial and error.

At some point, there is a court hearing (trial) and if the landlord did EVERYTHING right and assuming you don't have some whiney socialist for a judge, the tenant is evicted.
