My Wholesale team is going to be flying into Miami from Canada this Thursday for Grant Cardone's 10x Event.We'd love to meetup with any local investors to talk shop.The three of us own nearly 100 units, have experience running a wholesale business in Canada and one of us has a YouTube channel with over 10,000 subscribers (Search Matt Mckeever on youtube to checkout his content)We'll be in town from June 29th - July 1st.

I've watched a boat load of YouTube videos from all these "gurus" and a lot of little guys that have made it big.

I feel that my skill set could benefit my real estate business.I found BP on YouTube while searching “real estate for beginners” videos and I’m hooked!

They have loved the demo work and have been amazed themselves at the transformation and what they can accomplish in an afternoon. 

It is our intention to keep adding rentals to our portfolio  for a while, as we are well-suited to owning and maintaining buildings, and we really enjoy the process of buying ugly properties and then transforming them into something that can bring us a really regular income from renting them.  

I found BiggerPockets while looking up different terms and info I heard on podcasts and YouTube.

Hey Chris, I'm taking the class right now in Raleigh and would definitely encourage you to look up my instructor's YouTube videos (Travis Everette, Pan School of Real Estate).  

I'm Watching a quick clip of Grant Cardone on youtube saying we need to be online, the best marketing tools are sites like facebook and Instagram.

Youtube was my best friend.
