Just eager to find some traction.

I will have to bone up on my ad writing skills.after crickets I finally got some traction and have quite a few folks to get back to I am sure we will find our match there.and one of the BP members who is a HML was so kind to float it out on his investor base there in OHIO and he got 10 hits for me. 

People will get notifications from key words they have set up and you will gain traction. 

One word of caution, don't take a first job that is oriented around construction or construction management, I have found it very hard for folks to move from construction to development without some loss of career traction to do so.For example, I come from a family of real estate developers, but I was ambitious to learn rapidly and work for others in the multi-family development domain, so I obtained my first job (asst. project manager) for a division of KB Home (Kaufman and Broad Multi-Housing) that developed in-house apartment projects.

Where they had properties under contract but not gained a lot of traction on wholesaling them and finding cash buyers.

there is one who did a pod cast on BP and has gotten a lot of traction.. not that they are or are not scam artist but they are recommending buying 30 to 40k turn keys IE homes that all in cost 30 to 40k.. and we all know that pretty much in ANY major metro those are squarely in the hood.. war zones etc etc.. lots of hearts are going to be broken with that company in Indy... it will take some time but it will happen

Google Fiber was one of the reasons I was attracted to the area, but I hadn't looked into how much traction there is already with the developer community -- really appreciate the insights!

Pete, we are having a similar situation in Lex County, with a duplex that rented fairly quickly back in March, but this unit came open in July and hasn’t had much traction from qualified applicants.
