@Nick Romano I looking in a pretty small territory that includes Chicopee, Amherst, Northampton, Granby, South Hadley and a few others.

I currently have several Facebook sites and a twitter presence, of course to showcase our software.

So yeah, he made a lot of money from the internet but most of it, and I am not defending him AT All- But has made more money in REI then with his online presence.  

These comprise items such as the presence of smoke detectors and preventing hazards to small children. 

Also, the town is where I graduated from and played ball, so I have a good presence in the area.I also love the idea of starting back home in a big market like Houston, and taking advantage of different areas.

Hey guys, I am looking to increase my online presence with a few informational YouTube videos on multi family investing, my experience/background and what my company does.

Hard money lenders would better be able to facilitate deals/loans if they had a presence and understanding of the local market in which they are lending to.

How much focus do you place on your online presence?

With you having 10 years in yourself I know you can understand the "difficulties" and BS that come with the territory. 

Until the situation gets to a point where there is a conservator appointed, that's awfully slippery territory.
