District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, issued an order granting a nationwide preliminary injunction.

Now, with taxes, insurance, and interest higher and rents not keeping up with property values, most investors are putting more down to get the properties above a 1.0X DSCR. 80% is acceptable, but the issue is getting the property to cash flow at the higher amount.

My issue with management is how they sometimes handle turns.

I contacted Zillow about this issue but received no response.

STRERSSA collect rents in their bank account is an issue for me.

You should ensure the property is inspected regularly, maintain climate control to manage moisture and temperature, and address small issues like leaks or cracks early to prevent costly repairs.

That said, I’d make sure to document your intent to occupy each property clearly to avoid potential issues later. 

Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a stay of the nationwide preliminary injunction previously granted by the U.S.

This will cut down significantly on the issues you may have down the road with communication, paying rent on time, caring for property, etc.
