Trying to find some data to work with online, but can't really find anything reliable.

I'm looking for a reliable, reasonably priced contractor(s) in most areas, you know your typical electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interior finishes, etc.Any recommendations are welcome as I'm looking to overhaul my contractor contact list as I move on to my next investment.

Does any one know a good reliable contractor to do the following kind of work on a property I'm acquiring.

I'm looking for some recommendations on reliable and quality contractors that will walk properties with me to give me numbers.

This illustrates my ability to pay debts on time and reliability.

I would assume that they pull the information from reliable sources, but no personal experience with them.

The PM software we use for our properties uses reliable screening for the background checks.

Thanks for the help.  Can you recommend any quality and dependable contractors and area handymen? Passed on making an offer because the inside of the house was SO BAD it even scared the agent away. Probably a good one...

The successful agent gets most through SOI or being in front of right people.Internet leads are the least reliable source.

So I guess the question is how reliable is it to base all investments in our current market off these rules?
