I did a quick search, and found some people who said they had borrowed against their TSP for real estate investing purposes, but I was wondering if I could pool the hive mind for some more details on the process.When borrowing from the TSP do you arrange it through the TSP or is it a 3rd party lender with the TSP as collateral?

Hi, Terry, it sounds like a good deal if you're cashflowing that well and have a strong tenant pool. 

Place looks amazing and I wasn't even really aware of this particular investing strategy where you partner with an outside investor for a single flip (obviously for a flipping business with a pool of properties I've seen it though). 

My worry is that I will stuggle to find buyers above 250k into 300k territory since the pool shrinks the higher you go.....
