You need to start inside your head, reprogram your thinking with constant uplifting, motivating books and audio, turn off the boob tube, 86 sports, and other distractions, and listen to some BP podcasts as there are plenty of people making it part time. 

Communities on the South Side benefited from strong catholic diocese schools and the fact that their businesses were in between the suburbs and downtown business district and sports arenas.

@Jeff Copeland  or when your dealing with folks that own a lot of real estate they sometimes find it good sport to lead these newer wholesalers on.. with no intention of doing anything.
