Is there a good video showing how to use the Biggerpocket BRRR calculator?

The only one I have found though is GoM1 - of which there is very little information about online except for the videos they put out. 

I missed a video or two out of the boot camp, and while it was said they would be posted afterwards (they were live sessions,) they never were.

Luckily I’ve had and continue to have some prominent clients in the fields of advertising, toys, video games, etc. that have made me pretty successful in that world.

Especially since I have been reading and watching videos based on how tenants can not be very fun.

Just like most here I’ve seen the “guru” seminars, watched the HGTV/DIY shows, listened to the podcasts, watched the YouTube videos and read the blogs and in being on BP for less than 24 hours a lot of the information I thought I knew has now been debunked, so to speak.
