I just work like a robot sometimes I have this feeling. 

The housing collapse was a monster sized freight train that many fo us saw coming miles away, not to the full extent of what it was BUT many of us in the business knew a correction was coming, knew lending was hugely inflating the market, knew the math of over-supply and on and on all meant correction was coming, we just didn't know when and how bad. 

It is during the MOVING PHASE, that you must be cool, have all your wits about you and be prepared, yet still be cordial so as not to enraged the monster that seems to be lurking in your Tenant during the MOVING PHASE (as there is NO ANTIDOTE to calm the savage beast once it takes form).

We've had plenty of new neighbors this year since Covid many are coming here to work in BIo Science or Tech like Farm Robotics and automation. saw the new 125 acres indoor Farm in Camarillo Amazing site it would not be possible to grow so much food without computer AI and Tech.

Lol I've actually seen feral cats treat their surroundings better than those monsters did.

The only thing is - she trashes us on the phone every single night to everyone she knows, so her family probably all thinks we are monsters.
