There is also less whitespace so it makes it more difficult on the eyes (compared to the previous Google-ish format that so many are attracted to).Also, I noticed that when you click the title link of the post, it takes you directly to the post and when you back out, it refreshes to the top of the section which is frustrating if you're buried deep in the section.

Tile around entry-ways (give people a chance to take off their muddy shoes on a crummy day without destroying hardwoods or carpet) and going hardwood/tile in the hallways will just last you much longer and can be refreshed without redoing the entire thing.5) Good luck and don't overthink it.
