The issues we’ve had have all been due to ACH info not transferring seamlessly between servicers after the loans have been sold to different banks or switched to different servicing companies.

Wanted to know if landscaping is a tax deductable expense in general and if it differs when one unit is owner occupied.

There are difference between creators and hosts because we are selling different products.

Duplex have different zoning that may permit additional units.

@Connor O'Brien I don’t think you price it any different then if just marketing for a market renter.  

What do you think they do differently?

If you think about it in any industry less transparency and more friction in the transaction will increase fees/commission vs reducing them.I like the idea as an investor of having different agents, a team of agents maybe 3-4 bringing me deals, but I think less of that will happen now as all will have to have you sign some kind of agreement up front.
