I have been mainly coming up with homes that will reduce my current rent, but almost none that will produce a positive cash flow. 

With that background I was very happy going with eXp Realty since it's an online-only brokerage with very little pressure to produce and minimal fees.

Because the house certainly produces, it would be a shame to just sell it. 

Solar typically takes 15+ years just to break even so how are they producing enough income to pay you for renting the roof?

He also taught a class on Financial Analysis of Income Producing Properties. 

That is my plan and the future of my wealth building to produce a free life for myself and my family.

I like this property because its in another great location, has been totally rehabbed, and would start producing about $600 - $800 (Net) a month on a duplex.

Hello all,Have family in KC/Overland Park and though I'm in Chicago now, would love to own some property in KC to produce cash flow and check in on while I'm visiting...Would be looking to build a team eventually!  

I am using that money to buy my next property which will be another owner occupied home that I am purchasing with 5% down.There are quite a few innovative strategies that I personally would have never believed would work prior to joining this site and hearing about other people doing them.
