That is, in this unstable market, how could anyone predict the sales price of a house 6 months from now?

@Jordan Murrell - As someone who is new and fairly conservative myself, I prefer to take the "wait and see" approach, as there are way too variables right now, and not a single "guru" can accurately predict the outcome of any of those variables. 

Assuming this is a syndication, what returns did you predict for your investors over what period? 

Remember the opportunity cost of investing in this unknown versus using the same money for something that is much more predictable.

Economists are predicting that most US housing markets will begin to level off in the coming year, but Columbus is NOT one of them.
