Many people / and or agents really cant do simple math.

Tiles people may slip in the bathroom right.

I strongly recommend against people buying real estate with zero money.

Nor does it pay well for an agent to spend a lot of time with a buyer that has an agency agreement but chooses to sit on their laurels instead of actively pursuing a purchase.Most agents who are serious about helping people do not have time to spend with lackadaisical clients or people who refuse to sign a buyer's agreement.

They will substitute in their own sense of fairness knowing people are unlikely to appeal such a small issue.

I know they recently took a big hit from the NAR for buyers agents too. 

I mean it. yet you see people B*@tching and complaining about it. 

All of these people that responded with "why would you pay?"

most people don't know and this might get me in trouble. 

I guess that's part of my question, if you could have the security deposit cover that and people's experiences so I could better prepare myself.
