@James ShinI am starting my own brokerage service mostly because the lead i used to get for fun(not really full time agent) weren't great and if you do the math after they take their slice doing my own sphere clients would of been more profitable.Age has nothing to do with it.

A skilled agent and PM make a powerful team because If the two really are good, then they should have a sphere of influence that you get to piggyback off of to go further faster.

I've also had good luck asking my key vendors (like my cabinet person) for GCs that he finds to be masters of their craft . . . this has led to more quality contractors in my sphere AND they tend to work well together.
