Hello All,So there is this multi family property I am very interested.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) fix & flip investment.

I would invest $10k in a highly targeted list of potential multi-family opportunities.

I reviewed this long ago and the amount of work you had to do to save a few bucks did not seem at all worth it.

I'm particularly passionate about small multi family properties.Outside of real estate, I am a registered nurse, a husband, and father of two beautiful children 😊.

I'd love to meet up, specifically areas East of the 215 and or North of the 10.I'm also curious about starting out in B-/C+ class-ish multi-property where the median house is around $500k, however it boarders an area of the median home of $700k. 

My current focus is on acquiring a multi-family as rental property and I’m open to any advice or recommendations for beginners.

I'm building a small multi next year on a lot I own next to another rental locally.
