If you are looking for someone as excited about this industry today as you were when you first started, that's me.

Townhomes are a viable option, as sing family houses in the best areas can easily get in the mid 400s and up real quick.I focus on North Raleigh, Brier Creek, Bethesda (durham county) to name a few spots.

I'm located in the Southern California area...Orange county to be exact.I would love to see a copy of financial statements from someone in the industry, so I can simply see a example of what type of expenses & margins I can expect.. 

As they say the loudest boos come from the cheapest seats - I wish you spoke to the revolutionary nature of this marketplace and the breakthrough we achieved by risking a LOT of ad spend to help the industry have a better alternative.
