1st one was a 1500 sq ft house built in 1999 and all it really needed was paint and flooring and appliances - $1200 for appliances, $1800 for paint (whole house inside), $5000 for flooring (whole house - removed pink carpet ugh!)

Some of them I kept, and some I changed out only because they were so ugly, like Pink or bright neon blue. 

She was tickled pink to actually get a couple of grand for them.But selling the land is still the problem.

We are harvesting a lot of our products now on these Freddie Non-recourse 10 yr fixed, loans, locking in these rates and taking tons of tax free cash out.  

He is not painting everything in pink colors.

Dark green is D and light pink is A.  

For example,In a 20 unit apartment building, all one bedroom one bath and pink in color.18 are rented, 2 vacant.The 18 that are rented for $500 per month.  

You save money because you don't have to buy them but you have to do the work that the farmer does like plant, prune, fertilize, de-weed, water and harvest (in exchange for the saving).It is up to each individual if they decide that the work they will put in equals or overweight the money they will save.

If it came down to emotions over numbers my daughter would be my designer and all my hones would be pretty pink with sparkles....

Well, they're illegal in my area, although I think a neon hot pink sign would be an eyecatcher.
