I considered that, but ultimately they want to hang onto these properties for monthly cash flow so a JV may be more appropriate.

Hang in there, Keep putting yourself out there, don't be a "Secret Agent".

They wouldn't even let them hang curtains, so this should be an easy transition.

Flipping/wholesaling are faster, but you are left hanging until that first check rolls in.

I waited on hold for a long time before and was eventually told by an automated voice to hang up and I would be called back at that number shortly. 

We know they could probably use the money and believe the hang up, is the fact they are not on good speaking terms.

Find a good one and hang on tight to them because they are rare.For some people, being a realtor is as close as a person can come to being unemployed (or retired) while still saying they have a job.
