Whether its the simple "chrck your breaker and punch buttons on your GFCI" or "take a plunger to that slow shower drain sir, it's probably hair."

Worst case scenario: Tenant didn't pay his utility bill and there are frozen pipes or a fridge full of spoiled food, some carpet is trashed, there are holes in walls and doors, and the place is full of pet hair, odor, and stains.

As he is 10, I don't think I have a whole lot of time left to really get that through to him.Wife is a hair stylist and makes about $24,000/yr. 

I really wanted to rent it our for a business (would be a great thing to have like a hair/nail salon in there) but the zoning rules do not allow us to do that :-(

Can you add a single day to your life or hair to your head by worrying?

Get nice quality accessories, ie: Keurig coffee makers, hair dryers, sparklets water etc. 

That isn't even splitting hairs.
