The teacher did try and have us study balancing a check book and calculate interest rates but the class was meant for kids who couldn't pass normal high school math.

You will learn more when you are new asking other investors what they do, how they do it, and why they do it and it will help you develop a gameplan above and beyond podcasts and books.

I’ve been reading books and dabbling in the stock market and things of that nature.

Read as many RE books as you can get your hands on.

In fact, I recently wrote a book about this that explains the laws in California, some of which are nationwide laws.

He is an expert in that area and can help guide you if you are interested.

Same as @John Underwood @Madheshwaran R..Usually it is to check if they are interested in bookings that I couldn't meet due to either no availability or the rare occasion when and AirBNB and VRBO booking for the same dates at the same time.

I can write a book on it, but I do not know the solution other than to get rid of the most incompetent of the appraisers.
