Stupid question,  did you not see the published inspection list that showed you would need a sprinkler system?

THe place I would tell you to go first is your realtor or the realtor who is listing the land.

Another thing is, the sites that list the manufacture year showed that all the ones I was looking at were built in the 70s.

Next is usually builder because they are likely listed on permits etc.

There are many I'm a part of like "STR Homes for Sale" and "Florida Off Market Real Estate" (I'm sure they have groups for different states) that offer a great array of off market and listed deals.

I currently have my property listed up for long term rent but they want to manage it as a short-term rental.
