You can grill out after the game, etcIt was shocking to me too as I combed through the AirDNA data but the trends were unmistakeable - I kept seeing huge spikes in revenue in Sep, Oct, Nov in these college towns with big FB teams (it happens in Knoxville too, though perhaps illegally ;)I went to investigate further & found that there are people who live in college towns who rent their entire place out ONLY for the 6 FB wknds & it seems to cover their mortgage for the entire year.

I have a high end charcoal grill and guests supply their own charcoal.I have seen bad reviews on other properties where they ran out of propane.Everyone likes the charcoal grill and it is more vactionesq to wind down and take time to grill over coals.

For the cost of a couple good steaks you might get an education greater than any found at a college (or, you might only get a good steak out of the deal).

Once they give this permission, they feel less grilled and "stocked" by my questions.

So when my buddy wants to 1031 something, he uses his friend and for the price of a steak dinner had it handled.

I will stop working W2 when I hit that 1 million mark and if I am still young I will do 1099 to pay for a nice steak dinner once in a while.
