Look for houses that have overgrown grass, bad roof, broken windows, or bad siding.

I see support and responses promoting the mid west but I'm here to tell you the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Hi all, Can anyone recommend a local resident or company that can cut grass on a monthly basis at our property.

I have offered to let their visiting family stay free and even mowed my neighbors grass as a favor a couple times.
