I have see a miter edge beveled in a way that it is more flush together then secured with adhesive...

I recently read that in Portugal it's commonplace for people not to be able to flush TP down the toilet as their sewer infrastructure is inferior - they have to discard TP in bins. 

I will use my time house hacking to build up my fitness brand for about 1-2yrs and then house hack again but flush every revenue stream I have into RE.

Turn on all faucets, flush all toilets and allow the water to run while you are walking the property.

I plan on flushing all my heaters once in the spring and once in the fall every year and replacing the anodes every 3 years or so.

They've got to stay somewhere, and they are perfectly happy with an apartment that only costs $200/month even though the ceiling is rotted out and they have to flush the toilet with a bucket.

Gee lets throw entire rolls of T.P in the commode, defecate on it then see if it flushes.
