If so make sure drain at the bottom functions properly and is free of debris.

@Steve Bogue Thank you, that's the kinds of functionality I hope to have. 

I spend most of my time as an Active Duty Pilot, but when I have free time, I have been looking for any suitable properties to start out with and any community functions with like minded individuals.

The largest reason is because zoning ordinances and regulations have changed in a number of these cities and towns.  

Is the email search function broken?  

I can’t find the search function and “My Discussions” isn’t working.

However, you can't ignore this line from the article:"In the past, California, one of the largest housing markets in the nation, has been a predictor for the rest of the country."

But the key way to think of it in my opinion, is that you need to make a BRRRR house nice and functional.
