I've never done a deal yet, and my goal is to fix and flip my first deal, but if I knew i could wholesale a deal and make a quick $5-10K I would gladly pay a seasoned wholesaler to help me with the process or I could just come here and get the info I need to do it myself, being that some wholesalers might not like me moving in on their turf.
