Because the market is out there and if you have a passion and you know others have the same passion...how did you start...did you want someone to tell you so you could ask questions... or go read a book...when you share your knowledge to promote wealth for others...it comes back 10 fold...you should want to encourage others to be successful just as you are...!

Tall table, barely fits two people, with some tall chairs up against a wall.  2) a folding table mounted on the wall.

Some companies are working on phones that fold out to various screen sizes and then fit back into your pocket etc.

We're looking to grow 4 fold from 300 to over 1200 in the next few years.

In this sense, my question is two-fold.

I suppose that this will be two folded - one side will be difficult because for the bank this is a hazzle and they haven't really made money on your mortgage yet (plus you will need to pay a redemption fine most likely), however, on the other side they might be willing to do so because this will mean a higher second mortgage and allowing you to take on another mortgage with a third BRRRR project. 

My question is two fold; 1) How have those if you that have switched from owner pays utilities to RUBS or Sub-meters informed the tenants of the changes and what advice would you have if you were to do it again.2) Do you have any recommendations as to companies that you use for either(sub-metering or RUBS)?

The problem with aluminum is two fold 1) when the ends oxidize they will be more likely to overheat, melt and possibly burn 2) it expands and contracts more than copper which can lead to gaps at the connection again causing possible arcing, overheating and possibly a fire.
