Thank you @Alejandro Flores for your advise. i am hoping someone out there in PA could provide some reliable contacts. i don't trust googlee anymore. i closed my last condo and that inspector didn't do the job right. my roof was leaking 2 weeks after the closing and the inspection was performed 3 months before the closing.
